This guy came in almost exactly like the last hog I shot, following the same trail into the food plot and dying at about the same place. I went over his legs a couple of times and could find nothing obviously wrong, certainly no breaks or significant dislocations. I figure it must be more of a soft tissue injury resulting in his limp.

atrophy doesn't seem severe like a birth defect so I would lean towards muscle or nerve damage from some ole boy shooting at him with a 22lr.....

Well, they have all but stopped coming to mine. It has been 2 months since they were last at my place...something about overhunting. The turkeys are thriving, however.
