Is it the same clip everytime? Is it the last round in the clip or just any round?

Good Hunting,

The USP is an excellent gun. I would look at the magazine first. Is it HK brand or aftermarket? If the mag was dropped and the feed lips were bent it can easily cause malfunctions. A stove pipe condition is most often a result of a bad mag.
