After purchasing my first suppressor, I am getting the urge for another.

I am wondering if the ATF keeps a record of the previous Trust that was sent to them.
That way, all that needs to be done is submit another Form 4.

I would **never** trust any government agency to do a record look up. Send a second set of copies and you'll shortcut a possible problem. Any time you deal with a government bureaucracy it pays to assume nothing and duplicate everything.

Nope, they don't keep a copy and it has to be submitted each time.

You have to add the surpressor and serial number to the appendix anyway...just send the whole thing again.

You do but depending on how your trust is setup, you don't have to send those into the ATF. I don't send a list of items each time I submit due to how mine is setup.

Interesting...I didn't know you didn't know you could do it that way.

I didn't either, had a lawyer set it up for me and that is the way he does them all. That way you are t submitting a comprehensive list of items every time you submit your trusts.
