The person above has an ad on Craigslist. Have any of you dealt with him?

Ive talked with him, he seemed like he was ok. Was really pushing to fill empty spots he has left this season (which is understandable) even though i am looking for next season. His list seemed reasonably priced.

There is more than one person with that name in Tx so I don't know if its the same guy.
This Clint middle name starts with R.

The Clint I am aware of has had several bathroom remodeling businesses was around Addison then moved to Austin.
Earned a horrible reputation of scamming, not finishing some cases of not even starting projects after contract & initial payment is made. Guy had a temper too, arrested in Travis county for assault from what Ive been told.
Talks a good talk walks with peoples money, hard to believe he isn't in jail, yet.
He kinda fell off the radar in 2014, probably moved, hiding or using a new name or scam.
From what I've been told he is originally from somewhere around San Angelo.

Again, when folks ask about a person you have to take into consideration there are usually a few with the same name.

My name is Clint Gallimore. I am the Lease Broker that you are speaking of and have been for the last 20 years. I am requesting that you kindly remove this negative comment as I believe it to potentially hurt my business, if it hasn't already.

I am not interested in getting into a pissing match with you, "Rustler", however using my name in conjunction with hunting leases is pointing the finger at me and I have all of the business references that a fella would need to make an informed decision about a lease.

Google is your friend these days. I would never lease a place unless I was dealing with the landowner.

My hat is off to Rustler for doing the homework on this guy. Thank you buddy for saving some people here a lot of heartache. This cat is a total scam and proved it by no responses to questions. Everyone steer clear of this fella!!

I have not owned a remodeling business, however, I did have an assault charge from a fella that started a fight with me back in 2003 - when the cops got there the story changed. He started the fight - I finished it - it's that simple. I'm not hiding from anyone - I used my real name on here - not some handle.

I am brand new to this forum. One of the hunters that I have said he found me on here, so I thought I would check it out. I'm sure you all know that the forum does not alert you when someone posts and this is my first visit back to this site.

I've owned my hunting lease business for the last 20 years and have plenty of references for fellas that are interested in a hunting lease. Working with a broker isn't for everyone but it's no different from leasing an apartment or a house from a real estate agent. I have over 150 leases all over Texas and over 1600 hunters, so it does work for some people.

There are more than one person in the state with your name, and the one rustler was known to apparently is one that is not the lease broker. Thanks for clearing that up.

And offering references is a good thing, as nothing speaks like history, so thanks for letting people know about that too.

Good to know - members on this forum are protective, especially those who have been around awhile and seen multiple scams and poor business dealings. No offense - just being careful.

So many scammers out there these days. It helps having a place like this to try and cull the good from bad.

If I were to use a broker it would be someone like you, not one that lurks in the shadows trying to nab unsuspecting hunters.
