Just a lurking through magnolia in the neighborhood

They get big when people don't shoot them.

Genetics and everything else plays a factor but there are woods hunted around there pretty heavily. Alot of neighborhoods will let you bow hunt. None the less. I wish he would make the 15 mile journey to my feeder.

Hey TravisP. Are you familiar with 5he deer lease on 1488 near Fieldstore? It's where the burn went through a few years a go.

I didn't even know they had a lease over there but I know the area well. Why? You hunting there?

No but I was curious about it. Last year I saw a family in camouflage who were obviously h7ntijg. I thought it might be a good place for hogs and deer.

It's the only buck in this lifetime in that area I bet. You see some nice 100-120" but that's it. To populated in this area now and one to many hillbillies shooting back bucks.

Which side of 1488. Have seen that area. It looks like both sides of the road have camps.

I took a picture of a really nice young buck in my back yard Sat. What a coincidence, I also live in Magnolia.

I saw a good buck in my neighborhood just the other day. Also in Magnolia.

I hunt south magnolia off spring creek in the back of a mobile home subdivision. That deer was close to Westwood area of magnolia. Glad to see some magnolia boys on here!

I work in magnolia and see a ton of deer out there! I actually saw a Red Deer run across Butera rd the other day! Never seen one in person. It was pretty cool looking!

This one is in the middle of Houston (and will come up to you). Glad no one has poached him! He's cool to see each year.

I wouldn't have guessed there were so many of us from that area. I'd like to have the money to buy some of that property west of Magnolia that burned.

I'm surprised there are so many of us on here as well.

I wish I could find a place to hunt in our area.

This guy was in my front yard yesterday. The bucks are definitely chasing the does around.
