Couple turkey feathers on a stick. All ya need is a little movement, plus works as a wind vane to let ya known which way wind is blowing. No need for a high priced motorized unit......

I have a mojo critter works well. But it's a lot easier to just take a stick with a feather tied to it. That's what I use most of the time.

I'm going to try a stuffed toy on a spring. Haven't used it yet, but we'll see.

2 feathers tied to monofilament line with a clothes pin on the opposite end. With the clothes pin you can clip it on to anything anywhere. Al it takes is a slight breeze to get movement out of it.

Dogcatcher I'm stealing you idea with one change. Tie it to a metal binding clip that you use on a stack of papers.
