I get mine back from my taxi in a few days. I saw a pic, it looks pretty nice. And it was a tough hunt. They had a lot of BB there but that goes to show how hard it is to take one over 24". That size is tougher to find and more than what we paid for that hunt. Wow, and I thought mine took a long time at 18 months. Did you take it to the guy that was offering a deal to the members on the trip? If so, be prepared for a shock - not only did I not get the discount/price quoted, but it was like $150 more than I could have it done just about anywhere else. But I guess it evened out because my meat order - well, I got back three times as much as I would have expected. Processed meat weighed more than the buck/doe combined live weight. LOL

Another way to judge trophy is by curl. 3.5-4.0 curls is pretty good. 5.0 curls is outstanding. 5.5-7.0 curls is world class.

No I took it to a friend in Missouri. It's been ready for 8 months. I just haven't gotten up there this year. A buddy is bringing it back next week though.
