Can anyone give me some insight on the whitetail hunting around Stinett (Hutchson county). I am making a trip out there to see some family and they own 160 acres but they say they hardly ever see deer. Of course they don't hunt or really look for deer. Just wondering if it would be worth it. Can't find much on deer population or harvest for that area.

Depends on where the 160 acres is. Close to the river plenty of deer. Whitetail and mulies. Up and out of the canyons more mulies. There deer population is hurting all over the county due to the drought last few years. But it's been wet this year and looking better.
