What's the best method of attaching a game camera to a t-post? I've looked at some various products online but was wondering what everyone else was doing. The area I'm in is pretty much all mesquite so there's really no good tree trunks to attach to. Thinking t-post is really the only option. I have Moultrie M-880 Gen 2 and M-880i cameras if that matters.

we run over 20 cameras and use to try all kinds of ways to attach to T post - found these at Academy and they are all we use now - you can place anywhere and adjust height, angle, etc. Very very simple to use and will never go back to T post mounts or screw in mounts to trees - go to Academy website and google camera mounts - made by Foreverlast

I bought a nice tripod in a garage sale for $15. Mounted camera to it. Staked down legs with rebar.

A satellite mounting arm works well

We bought some video security camera mounts. Used a 6" square steel plate and mounted the video mounts on them, bolted to the T posts.

Video security camera mounts cost $4.25 each, the plate steel was scrap, 2 U bolts about $2 for a set of 2.

I like the fact you can spin them 360 degs to get the exact view you want. Mounted them this weekend with the included hardware and they seem to be very secure.

Yes Sir this one is the ticket - simple to set up, goes anywhere, - it is the best on the market - no reason to screw stuff in, use a T post - none of that - just push into the ground and you are good to go - we have 25 of them

Works just fine at a fraction of the cost of the others. We have cameras mounted to fence posts using the screw-in mount set-up.

I use 2 t posts per camera. Spaced about a foot apart. I put them in upside down so the camera can rest on the flat part. When you tighten up the strap on the camera it pulls the t posts together. Been doing it that way for years, very sturdy.
