That property is gorgeous. Is it private that you were able to develop? It's actually my buddies place, it was just a small stock tank and when we got hit with the floods at the beginning of summer it expanded into this and has held the water all year. It's about 700 yards across and about 600 yards wide. 90 percent of it is calf deep flooded vegetation. It also has a creek that goes into the pines and opens into a small pond that's absolutely loaded with woodies. What them teal birds like
