So here's my question...
Does anyone wear camo even if they're sitting in some type of box blind?

This has been an epic discussion amongst the "fashion police" on here.

I do not wear camo ever...just dont see the need. I just wear jeans and shirts. Wearing total camo while hunting is just for the hunter being in uniform...lol. I bow hunt this way ...deer do not pay any attention to me unless down wind. I have been hunting in a red insulated coveralls and had a deer come up within three feet of me. Generally I dress to the weather conditions..hot, I dress light..cold, dress heavy. Camo does not make you invisible..however it does help cover and blend in.. I just have never seen the need and I have been hunting for 50 years.

When it's cold I will, just because all my cold weather stuff is camo. If it's not too cold, jeans and a dark colored shirt.

Here's the new baby, just got her put up last weekend. 5x8 blind by Boss Game Systems, 7' tower and porch built by me.

On the Camo thing in the blind. I wear Camo just in case I want to do some stalking. I also wear dark colors under for just setting in the blind, since the inside of the blind is dark green (black clothes usually). This is for both pop ups or stationary.

Most of the time I wear camo in the mornings in the blind, I like to get out and do some rattling and stalking. In the afternoons it's whatever is most comfortable.

I know it probably doesn't really matter, but I'd paint the lumber a dark color.

Are those pallets? Nice!!!!! I once bought four sides of a shipping crate at Habitat for Humanity for $10.

Yeah they're pallets. I'm not too worried about painting them. It'll fade. I don't think think the deer will mind too much.

Streater, that looks like something out of Star Wars or some science fiction. Does need a hair cut or maybe more hair. Different.

It is light enough to pick up over my head and move. Put a couple tarps under the burlap to keep most of the rain off. I'm hoping that leaves and grass stick to the burlap for extra concealment. We will see.
