+1 I never understood this fascination with jello, beer, molasses and other concoctions to mix with corn. The pigs on my place go crazy over plain old corn. I sometimes spray a little diesel around it to keep the deer away, but seems to me like a waste of time and money to dress up the corn...

if your hunting a new area, fermented corn works better than deer corn because they can smell it from a long ways off and it has a drawing power.

if I were to mix anything with the corn it would be jello or diesel. Not beer

we've mixed old juice, old sodas, old beer, old wine, old punch or koolaide....we cover & soak the corn or milo in this until its time to put it out for the pigs....we use it to help bring them into the area...we still have feeders going & once they hit the bait....they know the corn is there & will stick around
