Hey guys,
I'll make this as short as possible. A friend of mine has a small 50 acre plot in North East Texas Google (Tenaha Tx), and they allow me and my wife to hunt the top corner of it. This year they've asked me if I'd take a few disabled veteran hunters out as well. I of course said yes, so I wanted to see who around here fits the category.
I can only take a few out, the fall is a busy time for me, and it's 3 hours away from me so I'm gonna limit the field a bit here. Unfortunately we simply aren't equipped to take anyone that is wheelchair bound or has to use a walker, I'm sorry guys but this came up quick and I just can't set it up in time.
For right now I'm only taking Combat Veterans, from any era, and I'd prefer someone that has done at least a little hunting before.
If you fit the criteria, please comment and/or pm me.
Thanks guys, happy hunting.

LPM, thanks, though it isn't much that I am doing. Just an opportunity to hunt a small piece of land. Working on getting a blind and tree stand set up now. Also trying to get a larger barrel for the feeder that is out there, and try to do some additional scouting, my goal is to make sure everyone I take out at least gets eyes on an animal, if not a shot on one.

It's probably to late but I was an 11-Bravo and I served in OEF9. PM if you are still looking for combat vets.
There is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else thereafter.
