My opinion is 3.5-4.5 and if hunting high area pressure as you mentioned, take him. Mid 120s 8 pt.

Not sure he hits 130 my guess is right at 120. Only an 8 point, not wide and when gets rid of the velvet he will look a lot thinner.

130 + or - an inch or two. Hard to tell from the photo but I doubt he's older than 3 1/2 yrs.
