 Mature Hunter Wanted for Lease in Hamilton Area

Looking for a mature hunter to join my husband on a lease in Hamilton, TX. Year round lease $1500. Only management-minded person will do. No water or electricity. 2 ponds, Only 300+ acres of a 1200 acre tract leased for hunting. Scattered brush with creek running through it. Three good locations for stands. Landowner only wants one mature buck (4-1/2 year or older) killed per gun. Long horn spike would suffice for the other buck in that county. Also, since he is trying to build up the deer population, he only wants old barren doe with no offspring killed. Also, my husband hasn't been on this lease before, so we don't have pics. Guests allowed if hunting on your tag. If interested, please pm for more details.

East or west of town? North or south of the hwy? Hwy frontage? Active ag crops planted? Cabin?
Hunted Hamilton looong time ago...mid/late '70's, live creek running west to east thru te south end of it, south side of the Hwy about 7 miles west of town, had a tall ridge top on the south end, ag planted in the middle and 5-8' deep finger draws with big trees surrounding the crop land, with 30+ pecan tree's in the creek bottom that the turkey roosted over along 1/2 way up on the ridge slope. Killed LOTS of BIG Rio's ...my PB was 23+lbs on a C Stores Deli Meat scale, gutted and still feathered with 1 5/8's spurs , we tagged out at about 60+% on WT's every year with 6-7 hunters and none of 'em real serious about it usually only hunting the Opener and holidays.
Too bad I'm swamped with family stuff or I'd be calling you about this un. I like that country.

Guests allowed if hunting on your tag. Isn't that illegal? They don't actually use your tag, the harvest comes from you allotted deer harvest quota. And welcome to the forum OP.
