Me and a friend just built this blind at another friends property. What do you think? We used pallet racks for the base.

Looks good and sturdy. Maybe could have gone a little higher with the looks of some of the brush around?

That's a nice blind. I highly recommend guy wires if you haven't already installed them.

Thanks for the advice about guy wires. If you look at the picture closely you will see that we drove in T-Post on each leg and used bailing wire to tie it down. I don't think it is going anywhere.

Very nice blind and well done. But, I'm too paranoid to not have a window looking out the back.

Nice job on the build. The wind will catch that like a sail and bend those T-posts like there nothing. You will regret all the hard work wasted if you don't wire that down properly angled out from the corners of the base of the tower to either trees or drill in stakes.

My BIL's tower blind blew over a few weeks back with 3 foot bars drove through the feet. Better safe than sorry after putting in the time and effort on that nice build.

LOL on a new lease in W TX looking at some bases on a ridge all nice and tied down with guy wires etc etc the wind jut took the blind and left the bases intact. Blinds were 50foot away shattered. And that was just regular storms coming thru
