2886 acre Oklahoma lease near the town of Broken Bow. I'm looking to add 2 people which will put the total number of members at 4. The property is typical eastern OK timber land in Mccurtain Co. I would assume the hunting would be a lot like hunting east TX. There is no running water or electricity on the property. You could bring out a camper and generator or stay in hotels in Broken Bow.This will be our first year on the property so I don't know a lot about the place or have any photos yet. I did drive the property and it's pretty thick right now and had a lot of water due to all of the recent rain. There is a power line crossing that runs the property that would be good to setup stands and some spots open from timber harvest. Looking to get $1760 per gun which would be around $3 an acre per member. Another plus is it's near Broken Bow lake and some good trout fishing.

All of the main roads are gravel so a 2 wheel drive vehicle will get you around the lease.

Did a little scouting and put a few more cams out yesterday. Saw a lot of deer, turkey, and hog sign while scouting. Should be a fun season.
