All I had was a hunting liscense I us to sell them at Gainsville first week end in April.

thought at one time they implemented a license for snakes,turtles,frogs, etc. been a while since i hunted snakes, so i could be wrong.

I know for the export there is...dont think you have to have one for general buying. Say if I knew someone that had several rattlers & I wanted to buy them to skin. No liscence needed.

I was told by GW that if I posessed more than 12 snakes, or if I was going to sell them that I had to have a non game hunting permit.
