new version has a roof. weighs roughly 75 lbs, however we are in development of a popup blind which would be lightweight.

now you could make the perfect pop up blind...

I'd have to really see what it looks like. It's got to be big and I'm telling ya, if its anything like what all the other blind company's come out with that is "traditional" 4'x4' or 4'x 8', that just isn't going to work for me. The problem is with the depth, not the width. I'm 6'3" and have a 31" draw with bow. I don't like to be in a blind where I have to change my form in order to take a shot. The blind must have adequate room for two and the depth to comfortably and quietly draw and take a shot with a bow.

It's got to have a big enough window too and have window ports that are vertical for a bow hunter. Maybe even a slide away section that could open up for a bow hunter when you are ready to draw for a shot. That might be a good idea. I have seen something like that on other box blinds.

How is the access for getting into the blind? Is it one of those small creep thru holes? I have older hunters that hunt or accompany hunters with me and for them to have to creep down to get thru a small door into a blind can be difficult.

Do you have a platform to get the blind off the ground that these can be mounted to? Like say, 4'-6' or so? It would be nice to have that when its been raining.

not sure on the dimensions of the bow blind. the access, though is large.....we've built them for wheelchair access. i will definately find out more about that for you.
