That's a huge sika, is he pure or does he have some red in him?
I prefer meat in it's original packaging.

That is correct. But, keep in mind, if you go to the website, all of the prices are all inclusive! They include food and beverage for the entirety of the two day hunt, lodging, guide services, etc...If you have any questions or there is something you don't like, please feel free to email me at Patrick.r.meyer@gmail.com or you can call/text me at 512.743.7976. Thanks.

He is definitely big. I will have to double check with the ranch manager as to whether he is pure or not, I am pretty positive he is though.

He is a pure bread for that much. We wouldn't sell anything that wasn't pure bread for a price that was out of line.

For anyone that is interested in this hunt, I wasn't insinuating he was a hybrid, it was a genuine question. In NZ where I've hunted them, they readily interbreed with red deer and quite often just look like really big bodied sika with big antlers, so I was just curious as this guy seems to fit in there. It's totally possible he's just a big sika and I've got no doubt he probably is.
Don't suppose you have any daylight TC's of him do you?

Thank you! I talked to the ranch manager and reassured me the validity of the pureness of the bread, and of course he can only go off of the breeder. Now, with that being said, H5 uses only reputable breeders. If there are anymore questions or concerns, please, feel free to call me. Or I can put you in contact with the ranch manager and he will surely be able to clear up anything else!
I will get more pics of him asap.

Welcome to the world of Sika subspecies. There is a lot of discussion about the Dybowski and if it's a true subspecies or an ancient cross with the Manchurian Wapiti (C. c. xanthopygus). This one is on the large end of the scale for Dybowski and lends credence to the argument. As long as there's no crowning then it's true a Dybowski type. If it turns out that Dybowski are an ancient cross, then they all are, which is a distinction without a difference.
for every stereotype there's a prototype don't be the prototype

That being said a true dybowski even of this size usually goes for $2500-3000 range

I know I have said it multiple times, but the price is for an all inclusive two day hunt. From what I can tell from looking at other ranches, H5 prices are right in line with pretty much all that I have seen. Most ranches just have all of the pricing broke out separately...guide, lodging, etc... If anybody is interested, please feel free to give me a call to schedule anytime. Thanks guys.

Keep in mind that our hunts are all inclusive!!! Guide, drinks, whether alcohol or non-alcoholic, food, lodging, etc... I know most of you are only worried about the animal, and not the stay, but once you stay at an H5 property, you will not be disappointed!!!
