Well before last season, Mr Oxner let me have his starter pistol to train the pup with. It's time to return the favor now that the sound of my ol 870 cycling is music to her ears. So if Mr Oxner doesn't want the pistol back, I would like to help out a fellow pup owner training for the upcoming season. They blocked THF from work so I haven't been around here much lately but send me a pm if you would like it. I still have have the can and a half of caps for it that came with the pistol that should be plenty to work with. I'm in the Houston area and we can find a place to meet. Only criteria is that Mr. Oxner does not want it and that if you take it, you pass it along to the next guy with a fuzzy eared lab training it up to be a blind buddy. Here are a few of Ms Remi from last year. Can't wait til September!

Glad I could help. I enjoyed the visit so much that I wish I had given you more. Pass it along.
How does your pup react to thunder?

Thanks again Bill! It was a pleasure meeting you. It's been a while I hope you and yours are doing well.
She does pretty good with the storms but she doesn't like being too close to fireworks. She expects some feathers when the boom goes off!

I could use it but I bet Sanger is far from where you live. Plus my new pup will be a cocker. He already thinks he is a big dog.

I'd be glad to use it and pass it after this season, I'm in the Dallas area but need to make a trip to Houston to visit my parents, I'm training a pointer though not a lab. I'm training her for dive and duck though. Send me a pm or let me know, I need to come down that way to pick up my generator from my parents to take out to my property

I didn't end up finding someone that could use this. I got a couple messages from guys but we didn't find a time to meet up so this is still available if someone on here has a puppy they are trying to get accustomed to gun fire. Send me a PM. I'd love for the next guy in line to use it.
