352 Acres in Brownsboro, Henderson County. About 60-75 minutes east of Dallas. Looking to sell right now, but may lease later. 1750/acre. Artesian water or city water, electricity. FLOODED TIMBER for ducks. HARDWOOD BOTTOMS for deer. The deer haven't truely been hunted ever. I hunted it 4 times this year. Ducks hunted semi-often. Mostly bottom land. 40 year old oaks provide awesome scenery. Excellent opportunity for development into great hunting grounds, just no time to devote to it. PM or e-mail cr_clayton@yahoo.com . Yes. It is on the north side of hwy 31 and about 1/2 mile west of fm 314 if you want to google map it.
