My receiver is missing the detent spring. How hard is it to replace? Also, does academy carry the spanner wrench?

The rear one is the easy one to replace.
The Academy near me does carry a wrench.
Do your you have a new spring?
Funny thing about getting older:
Your eyesight starts getting weaker but your ability to
see through people's BS gets much better.

The one near me does carry a wrench.
Do your you have a new spring? Its on the way. Keeps falling out on me.

You said it keeps falling out. Are you missing the end plate. That is what holds the spring in place.

You said it keeps falling out. Are you missimg the end plate. That is what holds the spring in place. Sorry, I meant the pin itself. The end plate is in place.
