3 Available for the Summer 5 Available for this Fall and or Winter Hunt Cost is $2350 per hunter total with no trophy Fees Covers you for up to 2 Nights Lodging with 2 days hunting and it will be a Guided hunt. You cover your own food- we have a kitchen with pots-pans- utensils- etc. you may use 1 Mature Axis buck of your Choice Blinds in place or can hunt safari style or spot and stalk. Located a few minutes outside Sonora Texas and is 800 acres HF. Total ranch size is almost 4,000 acres and we do have some free range axis outside the fence so hunters will have the option to hunt both sides if they choose. Add an axis doe for only $300 On site cold storage. $750 per hunter to hold dates. Summer Hunts available mid May through August. The top picture is a buck I killed with one of Mikes guides on a free range ranch just a few minutes outside Sonora. We saw an even larger one that I did not get a shot at. Believe me the Axis were there and Mike and his crew will take good care of you. The only down side is summer hunting is HOT!

That top one was free range? Yes, I do offer free range hunts and I just put up some general photos of some nicer bucks we have taken. The last 3 bucks are specifically from the ranch advertised and if you would like more photos I have lots of game came photos and harvest photos from last fall.

I shot the third axis a year ago free range. Mike and the guys really worked on that hunt to get axis for three of us. Mine was 34" and 33" something.
Mike I have two questions: Is that huge axis still running around that I saw near the gate AND is that cull one horn still there in the high fence part?

Hey Joe! Yes that big buck is still out there along with a handful of other close to him if not right at him.
I saw the one horned giant back in October but have not yet seen him on game cam yet, he did not frequent the feeders
though very often.

I booked a January hunt with Mike and I'm ready gonna be a long wait, I'm off to baker 3 at rock springs this next Thursday thru Sunday to try it stick and string style.

Went a year or so ago and as usual Mike came through, going back in a couple of weeks with two friends. No pressure on me this time I'm the gun bearer.
