I secured a lease that's 540 acres with 4 total hunters @ $2000/gun. Family hunts on the ranch as well but their spots are towards the front and don't interfere with lease members. Ranch has utilities for rv hook ups, family is welcome, they shoot off your allowance. Whitetail, black buck, axis, hogs, dove and some turkey. Per owner we can harvest 1 buck, doe and cull buck along with exotic does. Any exotic buck is $500 each. Ranch is located on Hwy 16 between Kerville and Fredricksburg. There is a windmill that fills a water trough in the center of the ranch. There are four feeding pens already established on the ranch, you will need to furnish your own feeder/blind. I hunt right in that area. Great pocket of genetics in the area.
We consistantlly kill 130-150".
Killed a 172" in 2010.

SLR is a great candidate for your lease. Easy going guy with good hunting morals and ethnics. Sounds like a great place. You should fill the spots fast!
