A trucker out in East Texas gets pulled over by the DPS for a routine inspection. This is the fifth time he has been pulled over in a month, and he is getting a little tired of the delays, but he waits patiently for over an hour while the trooper tries to find something wrong with his rig. Sure enough the trooper can find nothing wrong, and hurries to finish up some final paperwork before he lets the trucker go. Just before the trucker walks away, he tells the trooper… “You know I almost decided to do your job before becoming a trucker.” The trooper replied, “Oh, really. What happened?” The trucker said, “Well, I took all the classes and needed tests and everything was looking good. Unfortunately, when they finished my background check they found something that killed the whole deal” “You have some sort of criminal record”…asked the trooper? “Nope” said the trucker. “They found out that my parents were married when I was conceived and so there was no way I could be a bastard”
