I've got 450 rds of .45 and have no idea what kind of a price I should put on them. What would yall say a fair price is?

What are they? Range loads, hp, etc..
I really hate to do what I am about to do, because it will be very painful for you.

Depends on what load they are. When I sell off factory ammo I look at the price at Graf & Sons and price at about 80% of that. Never had trouble finding a buyer.
