Since I spend a lot of time on woodworking forums I thought you should know that HF refers to Harbor Freight, AKA Horrible Fright. Can you tell me what LF stands for?
Now how does HF have anything to do with the taste of deer? The only thing I know they sell for deer hunters is their dual meat bandsaw and grinder combination. A little over priced for the quality but you can pick them up used at decent values.

I prefer HF deer for table fare, but still depends on how much they are hitting the protien.

Now breeder pen deer are far superior to HF and LF.

High fence deer are much better. Fed healthy supply of beer soaked corn, massaged twice daily, kept in 5x5 pen until time to "be hunted."

Aren't these the threads that make it on here when no one's hunted deer for about 5 months?

Low fence tastes better because they don't cost 5 grand and you actually have to hunt them, instead of shooting them like cows.

All the deer I shot on low fence just stood there eating corn and cost about $2,600 just for a doe. Hmm, guess I was lucky or unlucky how you look at it.

love that prolly 90% of guys sit in a comfy blind waitin on deer to come eat so they can kill em, but they "will never hunt a HF"

you'd have to age them in the back of a pickup for 4 hours on the ride back from the lease to even begin to taste the difference....and it would need to be in the 80's....

i love the ones on trailers, or better yet the rack on the back of a SUV. that has to taste great with all the road grime and oil that gets thrown up on it for 5 hours, plus the 90 degree weather.
