Very nice! The only thing I see wrong is the engine has the distributor in the wrong spot, it's an easy remedy, simply remove that boat anchor and replace with an LS motor

That stance, oh lawdy! I have a pic some where of a '55 F100 that had substantial body work done. They lifted the rear fenders to sit flush with the bottom of the body, raised the front fenders to the same height and cut the necessary amount out of the hood. They got rid of the side steps and it laid body when aired out. I think something like 400 hours went into the body work before paint was done.

Nice look work so far. What crossmember did you go with. It's been quite a while since I was around any of that stuff. My old co-worker used Fatman's stuff and Mustang II IFS on his 55 Chevy. His dad and brother sat their 54 F100 project on a Monte Carlo Frame.

Heidts Mustang 2 ifs kit but I put air bag lower control arms and made the upper bag mounts to fit inside the shock tower. All original frame that we ground the rivets out of and took off everything we didn't need.

50 or 51 is on the list to redo also lol

My buddies 55 is on the original frame, he boxed the front and rear sections of the rails, c-notched the rear, did the fatman crossmember with Mustang II IFS and 12 bolt rear. Roofs chopped 4 inches, rear fenders widened 2 inches, back of the bed is cut along the contour of the back fender and then curves back out to make the bed rails wrap all the way around. He did a cutout in the center at the bottom for the exhaust tips. It'll sit low, but no bags on this one. He made a lot of headway and then put it in storage when he moved to New Orleans. Once he gets his garage/shop built it'll make the move from texas to there. He's also got a 46 Ford business coupe that has has a 4.6 DOHC mod motor from a Mark VIII Lincoln, 4r70w, the Lincoln IRS in the rear with air suspension and I'm guessing he went with Mustang II stuff up front and air ride there as well. He got it into a roller and sat the body back on before it went to storage.
