Finish is deceiving in this picture. Upper and lower are much closer to the same finish actually.

What makes in and SBR? Under 16" An SBR, according to the NFA, is any firearm with a buttstock that has a rifled barrel of less than 16", or an overall length of less than 26". The total length is measured with buttstock in the extended position.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

Nice sbr's! I did my paperwork on feb 7, already have my pistol lower engraved and a 8.5 novesek 300 blackout barrel. Just waiting on the ok! Im doing a hogue midlenght tube, as i want it smooth. Yhm ss phantom or titanium, cant decide which one i want to use on her yet. I may be turning my wifes ar into a sbr sooon also!
