The emails are probably marked by your email client as junk from this sender. You need to find where the program you are using let's you set that...I can't help unless you tell me what you use and the version.

Why does all my emails from ATN go into the junk box? how do I fix that? Ha, what emails? They claim to send them but for the life of me I cant seem to find them. Only time I get a response from them is via phone or chat (which seems to be cookie cutter) On the good side , with the 200 firmware the scope is usable and I'm able to use it with the features I want. As to the issues of the scope holding zero that have been popping up, I don't have that problem with this one. Maybe the problem lies with loose screws or even the shooters abilities, cant say for other scopes but I know with 3 on hand and 6 others that Ive set up they don't have zero issues either. Hopefully the miracle full fix update will come eventually. On mine I can promise you its not the hunter, As I am using my Burris and I pop them in the ear everytime. As far as loose screws go I went thru and did everything Hunttxhogs did with his. Its not a big difference in hitting the spot, but more than it should be. Floats around 2 to 3 inches for 100 yards. My burris, every shot hits the same spot. I am shooting from a lead sled when I check my scopes. I feel fro 700 it should shoot just as good as my 400 Burris. If I wanted to shoot Hogs in the shoulder this scope would probably be fine, But I like head shot, I waste no meat. My X and Y are not moving either, and I notice it more when I zoom in or out. If I zoom in to 3X and shoot 3 rounds they are the same, when I take it to 2X that is where is see the difference from the 3X, Now if I shoot 3 round in 2X they are nice and tight, I take it to 3X it opens up from the 2X. I know its confusing to explain but that is where I am seeing it. I guess I can just always shoot at one zoom and all would be fine. But why do I have the abitliy to zoom if I cant use it.

If I understand the question correctly, yes it does. Not much can be done with it at this point.

Deereguy, Maybe you should post a link to this forum. Your right that the potential is there and that's what sold me into buying it. I've spent a lot more on products that didn't live up to their expectations. Being that I've had no problem with my ATN thermals, I have hope that they'll get their act together with the X sight. The waiting game continues. In the meantime, the weathers starting to clear, so I'm going to strap on the snowshoes and try to do some hunting tonight.

Good. Others have had a much different experience. That's OK. No need to convince anyone other than yourself that you like it.

Question for the class:
ATN advertises that both the 3x and 5x have gyroscope/image stabilization. I may have missed anyone referencing this but do we know what the status of this function is currently?

The good news is you only need to wait two more weeks! Doesn't that make you happy?

Me and about two dozen others. Yeah, not going anywhere until it's fixed. You can keep trying, though...it's fun! Enjoy!

I had a bunch of comments typed. Logical statements, etc. I deleted them. Waste of time.
My time is better spent repeating to myself "don't engage the troll", over and over.

A picture's worth a thousand words. This one is for you, s6275. I sure hope you won't buy an iPhone. You'd have a stroke. P.S.: Sorry everyone. What can I say... I was weak, and failed to resist.

Good. Others have had a much different experience. That's OK. No need to convince anyone other than yourself that you like it.
By the way?
Over 600,000,000 iPhones sold. ATN claims to have "shipped thousands."
And also that we will have firmware in two more weeks.
Want to try again? Don't forget...there was a moderator warning a few pages back, and this is my opinion. I said nothing personal...just my views on the delays, the product, and the company.
Anything you'd like to say?
