I have a opportunity at a lease in Talpa, was wondering about the hunting in the area... I'm normaly a sonora/menard are hunter but feel the need for a move. Any info you can share on the area would be appreciated.

Lots of turkey and deer, never saw any hogs when we were in that area, lots of hunters and pressure. Sounded like a war every morning nearby. Hope you found a quiet area with good neighbors.

Good numbers on deer. Good spring turkey hunting. no hogs up until this year. previous three years didn't see any. Killed two last year. How close to Talpa are you? we could be neighbors.
