Posting for a friend.....they have a 1300 acre lease in Tom Green county just N of Miles, Tx. Power, water, septic systems for travel trailers (we dug these this year). I have hunted this property for 3 years just can't do the 5 hour drive anymore. $1350 a gun plus electricity. PM for phone numbers

Awesome deal  more so with price and area. Can you give a little more details??? How many guns??bowhunting allowed??? Deer season only or year round ect???

8 hunters, year round, family + guests ok (they hunt off your tag) 1 trophy 1 cull, 2-3 doe. No restrictions for means of hunting, turkey, dove, quail, varmits. Camp site not in hunting area. Livestock (cows, seasonal sheep) 3-4 ponds but they are in poor shape due to the very dry weather in west texas this yr. 1 winter wheat field. Must feed year round.
