We are a cohesive group of 10 mature hunters looking for an annual family lease. Currently we are in Kinney county and would go as far west as that or further east. We have an excellent track record with owner and can provide references. We have an excellent history of being managment minded. We are all low maintenance, close and lock the gate and then clean up when we leave. Basically, this is one of the best scenarios for a land owner. We are aware of the market values and have the where with all to afford them. $6-10+$ per huntable acre with water and electricity available so we can put in RV hook ups.
We have to be off our current location by March 31st and would prefer not having to store our things but would if we had the right offer. As you can see, we are serious and would not be wasting your time.
Recap where we would go? anywhere between 200 miles from Austin and 350 miles from Houston
pm me or call Charley at 281-797-1800

Finding a lease large enough to fit all 10 people can be really hard. Even harder if we want one closer towards civilization. This group can break off in smaller groups so please PM me with anything you may have.
The important thing is: 1) Needs to be year round and allows children to hunt with their Dad. 2) Electricity and water for our RVs. 3) Need to be able to drive there from Houston in one day and still be daylight when I get there.
We are all in the commercial construction business, if your lease needs a water well?, needs electrical brought in? we can also barter, if thats what you need us to do. PM me what you have and I'll tell you specifically what I may be able to do for you. Thanks

I have 10,000 acres near Del Rio for lease. Blinds and feeders are furnished. Very nice camp, ranch had been managed. Members are responsible for keeping up with the protein feeding. Whitetail, hogs, turkey, javelina, quail, and a few mule deer.
Call me if your interested- if I do not answer leave a message and I will get back to you.

I appreciate the input
Half the guys can't afford 4,500. We were paying $2,500 but doing our own everything, land owner does zilch, we even repair the pump, fix the roads, the gates, everything. Group, might have to shrink just to get something
Del Rio From Houston, (in my case Conroe, adding to the time to drive west, I already have to start before daybreak, Rocksprings/Uvalde was 6 hours plus the time getting through the easements, stops, potty breaks with wifes and kids, like I got to tell yall. If I am going to Del Rio,I would do a few hunts and pay by the weekend but I cannot effectively be a good contributing year round lease member and build a blind, keep the feeders full etc..
I am another houston hunter that threw in the towel with east texas (a whole nother topic) I think I am speaking for 90% of all hunters from houston, we dream of a large ranch to hunt on traveling west but only 2-3 hours away. Of course, a year round lease like that are almost non existent. I am content on traveling 5.5 to 6 hours tops
