Ummm...I'd be charging you an upcharge per foot for all snakes harvested on my property. Them is valuable assets!  The ranch sales them and gets the money. Think there was just over 65lbs in the last batch. Is that on top of golf and a steak dinner, dang! I'm not going to say what they call your type.

One of the guys brought his nephew up to the lease and they wanted to catch a snake. We caught a rat snake and put it in the ice chest. We ended up driving around longer than we thought. The snake went to "sleep". When we got back to camp, we took the snake out and made it seem alive when we took it over to him. Grabbed the tail and rubbed the back of his neck until he went to sleep...slowly spin the tail in your fingers and the snake rolled over on its back. Nephew went home and caught a snake to show his buddies what he learned. Grabbed it by its tail and tried to rub it behind its head...he got bit. Have to admit, I felt kind of bad
