Not all of us sale Tractors for living and have the free time you seem to have by viewing/responding to post regarding an area 400 miles from you. If you dont know, just go and click and read the next post. Plus, the time I would spend processing worth more than the $ I would spend. Thanks!

There is a place on Veterans Blvd. Don't remember the address but it is across a side street from Bel Furniture. Side street might be 6th.
Best deer processing place in the whole area is in Uvalde. Going east on 90, in Uvalde, when you get to the HEB gas station turn right at that street. Go down to almost the end of the street and it will be on the left.
I hope that's clear. Google meat processing in either Del Rio or Uvalde and you will probably find the names.

There are two, Apace is one of them. There is another one in back of whichever one fronts on Veterans Blvd. The one in back, on the side street is the better of the two, and the one in Uvalde tops both of them. Seriously.

Apache meats makes the best deer chorizo around.
But uvalde meat market is the best and most reasonable in this part of the state.
