or am I the only one catching only deer at night still?

I have checked two cameras and they both only have night crawlers.. And corn crops growing

I know I have deer, I have tracks all over .. Nor do I have any does in captures... Just 4 diff bucks ..

Its just that time of the year man ,they will cme out to the feeders when it gets really cold and the Bucks get tired of chasing the doe just be patience

Same here for where i hunt in burnet county. Got does and young bucks coming to feeder at night on tc and been hunting 2 weeks straight and have only seen 5 deer total

We were seeing more last week than 2 weeks ago.

I set up a camera on an active trail this past Monday, 40 photos, but only 2 of the photos were shooting hours and they were Does.

Within a minute or two of sunset deer start stirring around my tree stand. Its deep in the woods so by the time they show themselves I am straining to see what they are. Last Sunday a young buck followed three does in at sunset, I got a fairly good look but even he was a shooter I would have passed due to the lack of light.

Its frustrating the hell of me, its like a ride a six flags, I wait 8 hours for five minutes or less of action.

Last year and year before I got my deer in the AM before 8:00 AM, this year I have not seen deer in the morning, not one.

I'm in your boat, I haven't seen squat myself either.
Last year took my first opening afternoon, and a spike a week later. Between all the deer and TC pics I had, my area looked like brothel for deer last season.

This year...... I've been blanked every time out.

Same going on here in jack county, late night early morn. Been here for three days an't seen shirts. Tried bleats, grounts, vanilla extract, peanut butter even went running through the woods naked nothing.

Yea guys I'm so glad its not just me!!!, its a total pain in the [censored] lol..

All I want is my son to get his first deer and some food on the table..

Harley---did you place the PB on your ----- and run naked? If not maybe try that the wordt that can happen is some Cyotes lick ya ... Or watch out I have a buddy in Jack Co. This weekend too said they haven't had any deer too.. But if he smells PB you or him might be in trouble too.. Lol

We are getting night pics as well. The deer seen during daylight have been between noon and 1pm. Daylight movement have only been very young bucks out cruising, not at the feeders

First weekend out didnt see much. Went hunting over thanksgiving day and rut was full on in Concho county. Us three hunters shot 3 mature does and One nice 8pt. We saw 5 bucks chasing one doe during one outing. We saw over 30 different deer in blinds during 3 outings. If you are not seeing them try getting into a more open area. They are not coming to corn but coming to females. Good luck!

I normally see several deer per hunt but this year I am not seeing anything except maybe 1 or two deer and sometimes nothing. Opening weekend was better than the last 3 weeks it is getting slower. I was lucky opening weekend so I am not stressing too much but I really enjoy watching the deer. Lots of night time pics as we'll.

Same thing for us as well. Hunted(Callahan) all week long from Sunday morning after all day raining on Saturday. Had lots of night crawlers on the cam and most were bucks. Sign was all over the ranch with tracks everywhere but only saw 5 deer the entire week. Youngest connected on Monday with a nice 8 so I was happy. Just was really slow. If the rut was on it wasn't happening on our place.
