This lease is bow only for bucks, however you can kill hogs any way you see fit. Around 15 ponds on the place, possible rotation of a small group of cows this year,"cow/hay guy" is very cooperative and may help with pens. There has not been any livestock on the place in several years.

Looking for a couple of management minded guys looking to take only mature bucks. Spouse and children are welcome, possibly friends to hunt hogs but not deer. A few of the ponds have fish and camping is allowed, no water or electric available at this time.

Price is $3000 total, would like to keep it to 2 or 3 guys at most. It is 1 hour from Rockwall, about a mile or so from the Red River in NW Fannin county. Very beautiful place, thick woods and grassy meadows, some slight elevation changes.

I do have one guy interested right now but PM if you are interested, you never know.

I hunted the place last year and just can't afford to keep it this year. I can text pics of a few bucks we had on camera, big bodied nice bucks.

this place is available again...I think the last group was a little disappointed in the number of deer they saw, or didn't see. the density is low, but there are big deer killed around there every year. those guys also had another lease in central texas so this was a second lease for them, close to home.
