Truthfully in the frozen food section. Need to south, southwest or west or northwest.

Me since I am in North Texas would look towards Albany, Colorado City, San Angelo or Childress. I've never been on a South Texas hunt but have friends that hunt there and they seem to always have birds.

Quail Hunting in Dallas area is available with pen raised very flighty quail only 35 miles east of Dallas at the Poetry Shooting Club. Check out the website and come use our facility.
Quail for sale. We have flight conditioned quail at all times and will sell them for take out use. Best pricing is if you want a lot and can order in advance and pick up same day I get mine.

Is there anywhere to buy pen-raised birds in the DFW area? I forget the name of the ranch but there is a couple guys just south of granbury who got started a few years ago. Call the number on that hay lot in Tolar and the owner bob will know

I saw a single quail at ray roberts, was REALLY surprised to see one. I must have gone over quite a bit of the north part of the lake and it was the only one that I saw. Sorry buddy, but you're either going to have to pay for some or travel a bit further.

Wev got the quail close and easy to Dallas. A workingmans close and easy to Dallas way to try and kill some quail.
Also very friendly to bird dog owners needing a place to train.
AND for pistol/rifle berms every 100 yards to 700 yards.

a little ways away but I have some openings in southeast nm for wild quail season runs til feb 15th we are a little over a week into the season and my hunters have been averaging 12 quail a day and have had ample opportunity to take there limits. on average have been working 10 coveys a day. these are blue quail have some areas to go hunt mearns as well if anyone is interested

I just hunted today at Poetry Shooting Club. Walter was a real pleasure to work with as a guide and the dogs were wonderful. I will no doubt go back soon.
