is driving me up the wall. I clean it maybe put 10 shells through they it'll hang open after the first shot. Most times when it cycles through rounds 1 and 2 the 3rd shell will be in the tube. i need to push it slightly then it'll load.

Replaced both springs made sure gas port was clean and clear every time. I'm about 1 more hunting trip for selling it for a stoeger.

o ring maybe?

My Super X2 will not cycle shot less that 1 1/8 oz. Load those in it and it'll run without failure.

Have you experimented with various shot weights?

o ring looked good replaced it 2 years ago? regardless its well within its life span.

Only trouble I ever had with my 11-87 was over lubrication. After I cleaned it all out, and simply wiped it with a oily rag, never had anymore trouble. Probably not your issue, but something to check.

When the o-ring is the problem, it'll oven hang a spent shell out the side without fully ejecting it (short stroke). So that doesn't sound like your issue.
Drop the whole trigger out and give it a good cleaning. My guess is it's going to be the feed latch gummed up. Sounds like you've checked everything else already.

I gave it a deep cleaning more time i t he past 3 months then it ever had... every piece that can come off and clean comes off and was cleaned... im thinking one issue is a burr or a broken shell stopper... maybe the new recoil spring i got was shirt? Or who knows...it worked good for 10 years now its doing this b.s. every hunt

You may check your mag spring. Also, what type of ammo are you using?

Mag spring is new and shot rio uplands for dove and kent fast steel for ducks and geese.
