My son is planning on selling fur this year, he's in Christoval so will probably get with you in Angelo.

Everything should be skinned and sold green or fleshed and dried. The only animal I request to be left frozen whole are ringtail cats. No need to skin them just freeze em whole

Well technically if they are on stretchers then they are not green, green fur is simply skinned and frozen pelts, that's it. Fleshed, stretched, and dried fur will bring your average up if done correctly, if done sloppy then it will hurt you. I will except both this year

When you say frozen, what would be the proper way to store them for you after skinning? Also, I'm a little new at the selling furs but not at skinning, does the face skin need to be on it as well?

To store the pelts they should just be rolled and frozen in a ziplock freezer bag. Then thawed prior to meeting me at a stop. And yes the face needs to be skinned.
