Looks fantastic. I was going to ask you about a rainwater system but you beat me to it. Hayes county groundwater is virtually non-existent. yes it is but we are lucky at my place we have onion creek and it is damned up. question to the OP, who wired up the place and who built the building?

Here's a suggestion that worked for me.
Install 5/8 inch stain grade rough textured plywood on all interior walls. Then use a light stain which matches a major market wood putty. Say Natural wood. Every time you need to rearrange your mounts to make room for the new ones you can just remove the old nail or screw, patch hole with putty, lightly sand and old hole just disappears.
