After nearly a year wait I finally got my Mule Deer back from the taxidermist. I have to say that I have 2 mulies that are bigger but this fella is a dandy in velvet.

Thanks for all the kind words. @Reata I shot this in Colorado. I shot an elk and this mule deer. @Navasot havnt noticed anything about moths. The taxidermist that did the work in Colorado, said there was a curing process that they do to preserve the velvet and keep it from falling off.
