Anyone have any info on this place?

I heard they have a lot of hogs. Any tips for area's to look at? Do they let you set up blinds/ feeders? Does it get crowded? How hard is it to get a draw for a mule/ Whitetail tag?

I will be applying to hunt hogs there this January.

thanks all!

Hunted there last winter. Pretty hard to draw a buck tag whitetail or mule deer. Much better odds getting doe/spike. With the permit you get unlimited hogs. I shot a hog there last year during an ice storm and saw several more. Lots of deer out there too. Great place to hunt on a budget if you get drawn. We used pop ups. For the deer hunts you can go out the week before and set up NON motorized feeders. We just made some pvc gravity feeders. The hogs and deer know what they are since that's all they see. Like I said when I hunted there it was a major ice storm and a lot of the hunters didn't show. You are assigned an area to hunt. There are certain times that you can't be moving/driving around to keep from disturbing other hunters. It's a big area, I would recommend it.
