ive been shooting gold tip xt's for years now. some of my arrows are 8 years old and still flying true. Any issues with vanes coming loose?

ive been shooting gold tip xt's for years now. some of my arrows are 8 years old and still flying true. Any issues with vanes coming loose? only when i hit them with another arrow or they go through aminals... i use goat tuff to attach fletchings to wraps. i clean the wraps as best i can before applying the blazers.
