Even though these plots aren't technically for deer only, they still enjoy then and we plant them in places where the deer can benefit the most from them and they sure have recently. There's been groups of 10-15 out on the smaller patches and on our big 60 acre oat patch along the creek there is an uncountable amount.
This small 17 acre patch is located in scattered oak trees and the deer just can't get enough between acorns and oats, they are out there thick and it makes for a good evening hunt

This, I actually planted for deer, peas and left over oats and wheat, they've just found it and should be hitting it hard as soon as we get a frost.
