So I bought a Barnett ghost 410 and need assistance choosing a target for 410fps that I can pull the bolts out and not do bury them to the fletching.

Rinehart!

Don't waste your money on a cheap target even it its rated for cross bows. I bought one from Academy that said it would stop cross bows. First shot buried the arrow past the fletchings. Took it back and got a Rinehart and never looked back!

Yup the Rinehart targets will outlast 2 or 3 block crossbow targets and arrow removal is easier. For real easy removal get a bar of ivory soap and rub it on the bolt the first 6 or so inches. I like the 18-1 but the others work well also

Another route is bag targets for field targets only and there the Rinehart one shines as well.

I bought the Rinehart Xbow to go and arrow removal is tough (410gr bolt @ 341fps). I would try the soap trick, I bet it works pretty well. The broadheads actually pull easier than the field points.

I've used most, X-Bow Block, McKenzie x-bow stopper and Rhinebart. By far the Rhinehart is best for fast/hard shooting bows.

Rhinehart 18-1.

My xbow shoots a 490 grain bolt at 355 fps or a 350 grain at 415 fps and this target stops them no problem whether it's a broad head or field point. Removal is simple as the bolts only penetrate to about half the length of the bolt. As an extra precaution if you want to be careful you can spray the bottom 2 inches of the bolt with PAM cooking spray and wipe off the excess spray and shoot away.

I bought the Rinehart large 18 and 1 or whatever. I shot it exactly 4 time to know that I wasn't strong enough to pull my arrows out. I soaped them up and everything. I hated it. Took it back to academy bought a lime green bag target and its awesome and I have 70 more dollars in my pocket and am happy.
