We are looking for 2 hunters on our South West Duval County lease. 4 hunters on 320 acres.
$1500 per hunter. No guests and no kids are allowed. That part sucks, but it’s the landowners rules
Perfect place for Husband & Wife, Brothers or father and son to hunt
Water and electricity at camp site. West of Hwy 16 and north of County road 313
approx. 28 miles south of Freer, 10 miles north of Hebbronville
There is a 400 acre and a 1000 acre property you'll drive through to get to our place. North, West and south are low fenced and the east neighbor is the high fenced Barronena Ranch
This lease is in far southwest Duval county. Far away from San Diego and Benavides. We are close to the Webb County line

You will deal directly with the land owner that lives in
Corpus Christi. My cousin and I have hunted this place for the last 4 years

Smeb: The first gate is 140 miles from San Antonio. The last 2 years we've had hogs.....shoot as many as you want. The landowner has very specific rules about hunting on her propertY. 8 points or greater, no does and no birds. If you don't shoot a nice buck by end of season, She'll probably let you take a doe.
