Think I like the tan, gonna put it all back together and see how it looks 2 tone Black and Tan. Couldn't really get the fish net camo the way I like, really glad I tested on some cardboard before I sprayed the gun lol

Well I think it turned out pretty good got it a little dirty putting it back together, tried using rubber gloves but for some reason it still got dirty haha. I like it, but now I really want to try my hand at a multicam pattern. You can see on the magwell where I tried to rub off the black grease I some how got in it and it rubbed into the pair job haha.

Looks good! What can is that?
Also, what's the point of having the flip-up sights with the red dot?

They always die at the wrong time Yep would be pissed if I was out hunting hogs and my battery died that's why I keep back up iron sights on gun. Although the aimpoint T1 runs like 5 years on one battery it could still happen.

I did the stock on a Marlin X7 in a brush camo. It turned out well, but didn't hold up as well as I would have liked. I prefer DuraCoat.

Do yourself a favor get Aervoe paint instead of Krylon. Many more color choices much better quality and lasts longer. Krylon is the DPMS of paints. So it works just as well at 1/4 of the cost?

Give thanks in all circumstances.

If you spray a couple coats of matte finish automotive clear coat over the Krylon, it makes it more durable. Not indestructible, and sharp objects will scratch it, but I would have to try really hard to scratch it with my fingernail.
The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains evil interference. -George Washington
