I realize most everyone these days has electronic callers but for those who still like to use mouth calls, what calls (brand and model) do you like best? (Three categories - squeaks or tweeters / wounded prey (cotton tail, etc.) / Coyote howler-challenge)

I have a couple wounded rabbit, open reed calls but am looking to expand my collection.
So many to choose from . . . just looking to narrow down my purchases.

My brother and all his friends use some hand calls made by Red River Calls and they swear by them. I personally know the owner of the call maker and he is great guy to deal with. Check his site out.

Might try going to pet section of WM, Target, etc and get a couple of the squeaky type toys, use them under your foot. I have couple of old Burnham Bros calls, but they were probably made 50 years ago. I think Dogcatcher on this forum makes predator calls. Might try making your own.

Order the two closed reed calls from Toxic Calls, they are expensive but are well worth the money.

Here is a few of my calls. If I was making a suggestion for a beginner, would be a Flextone rabbit distress. Easy to use and effective. I prefer open reed calls but will use anything that works. Becoming more of a collector than user. Here is just a few that was cleaned that I use.
